SHIPPING
Currently, WILD|ALONE is only shipping within Australia. Customers in NZ are eligible to request personalised shipping arrangements - please Contact Us to discuss your needs and arrange a quote.
Different items across our range are shipped in different ways! Some are drop-shipped direct from the supplier to your door, others are shipped from our location in Melbourne, VIC. Please see below indicative timeframes for your goods.
PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
Typically orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Where a third party/supplier is shipping your goods direct to you, this could take up to 3 business days to be fulfilled.
Note: Bambi Mattress Toppers & Solarscreen Insulation screens are made-to-order products and will be dispatched upon completion of manufacturing. You can check the current timeframes on manufacturing via the product page.
Items such as stickers ("Letter" shipping) and some locally deliverable goods (delivery suburbs within SE Melbourne) will not be supplied with a tracking number. However, you will still receive correspondence to advise you as to when your order is arriving.
Should your order not be fulfilled and a confirmation email received within 72 hours from the time of ordering, please get in touch with us at info@wildalone.com.au or via our Contact Page for assistance.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number and courier information (where applicable).
Unless otherwise specified, some goods may be delivered with ATL (Authority to Leave) in a safe place at your address property. Where it's not safe to do so, an attempted delivery card will be left.
Redelivery fees from any couriers for attempted and failed deliveries to your property are the responsibility of the recipient and not WILD|ALONE.
WILD|ALONE accepts no responsibility for parcels stolen, damaged or missing.
The above timeframes are indicative only and can be affected by any number of factors beyond our control including but not limited to holidays, disturbances, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters or courier issues. We will work with you to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or undeliverable, please lodge your missing item report with the respective courier your tracking is issued by. If you're having trouble finding this information or require assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do our best to assist!
If your order is submitted with incorrect or missing shipping information please IMMEDIATELY contact us via our Contact Us page. We will do our best to assist you with this, but once items are dispatched we will not be able to redirect them. If your parcel is returned due to incorrectly listed shipping information, you will be required to pay any additional reshipping fees for your order to be resent.
